Amari is committed to providing a hassle-free experience for our customers. We strive to make the process of returning or exchanging a product as simple and stress-free as we can because we recognise that products occasionally may not live up to your expectations.
Returns & Exchanges
- Allowed within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
- One-Time Return: Returns are accepted only once per order. No returns on exchanged items.
- Exchanges: To exchange an item, you must first return it and use the store credit to place a new order.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.
Return Process
- Submit a request at https://returns.amaristore.in with Order ID & Email.
- Select items for return and confirm.
- Pickup within 2–3 business days. Pack the item with the invoice & tags.
- Warehouse receives the item in 8–10 days, followed by a quality check.
- Store credits issued within 2–3 business days, with no expiry.
